Terms of sale

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale, governed exclusively by French law. All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes (TTC), with delivery charges calculated at checkout; orders become binding once payment is completed via our secure payment gateway. Products are shipped to the designated delivery address within the estimated timeframe provided during purchase. In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) allowing them to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition (return shipping fees may apply). All products sold remain covered by the legal warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the warranty against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés). Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts or a French consumer mediation service.
